Get on the case ASAP - losing weight and toning up is best done gradually. Yes we all want it off and fast, but we want to keep it off for good - not just the short term.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;We are pretty full with our 2 week bootcamps at the moment until the end of July - but we do at times get cancellations - so do keep in touch with us to find out if any dates come up. We also have the one day bootcamps that run every 6 weeks or so - next one is 26th June and we do have spaces left. Great for giving you the motivation and kick start you need.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pilates has been growing massively - we have put on more classes and will be looking at more times after the summer - so watch this space. I am so lazy so just had 250mil of soya milk with 2 scoops of shake - normally you would blend in some nice fruit - but I can never be bothered faffing about.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;As its Sunday I am taking the little lady out for a walk with her dad - so we will pick up some lunch while we are down Byres Road - mmm... decisions on where to go and what to eat... I actually hate having to think about food some days - it always feels like a challenge. I think its because I am on a weight loss plan and I know I can't have what I want :-(&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;My energy levels have been okay so far - defo finding it hard getting back into the fitness side of things. Its going well so far. Friday's are always rather mad for me - I am covering a shift in work on a Friday, have to say I really am beginning to feel the pregnancy kick in while at work now - defo getting tired.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Today I met up with an old friend Nat who I have not seen for ages, we grabbed scrambled eggs on toast in a lovely wee place on Byres road called 3 Steps to Heaven - you have to try the ice cream in there! :-)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I then had the 3rd week of my birthing class - I sware its like AA for pregnant ladies. Today was all about labour positions - so we did have quite a bit of a laugh. I don't find it easy to eat at that time in the morning - it actually makes me feel sick, but I know the importance of getting it in me - so drank it I did. I felt great at the meeting this morning. I am chapter director, basically means I chair the meeting each week.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I got out of the meeting at 8.30 as I had a meeing with Gary, who is sorting my HR. I had most of the day off today as I was sorting out my flat after moving. Spent most of the day moving things - which I have to say is really hard work. i ended up going to take a nap at 6.30pm tonight, to then find myself at 11.30pm! I was so annoyed to have slept all that time, but mostly because I had no dinner! I am up at 5.45am as I go to my BNI (business network meeting) at 6.30am every Friday - so I am now wide awake, and up in just over 4 hours :-( Anyway, I have just eaten some Chicken and pitta bread - I was starving! All I have managed to eat today was my lovely shake in the morning, water through the day, 1 plumb and my multi vit - NOT a good day on the eating side - as eating not enough is worse than eating too much! I can't wait to get settled into this new flat - so I can have some normality back.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I have my shake all prepared in the fridge for when I get up in the morning - it really does keep me going through the day - not only do I feel satisfied, but I also can feel the goodness. You know that way when you eat crap you feel crap!? Not only does it taste great, but I feel amazing, I can feel the goodness going in - plus the energy levels are so much higher. yes a bacon butty and a coffee might sound a lot nicer - but would not make me feel or look nicer on the beach!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The last few days have been a bit of a jam packed few - I was at T in the Park all weekend (amazing) plus I have just moved flats (still in the process) on top of that I damaged my back last week - this is an old injury from a fall I had a Christmas, but last week it decided to pop up and say a big hello! I have been working on getting the limited company fully set up - which in this climate is proving to be rather difficult. last week was horrible - I really was pulling my hair out by the end of it - but i got there in the end :-)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Friday last week was great - it was the first day of the course "Business Map" that I am dong &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;with&lt;/span&gt; the GO group in Glasgow. i really am looking forward to the residential weekend on the 20&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;th M&lt;/span&gt;arch - I cant wait to learn from other business owners and &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;entrepreneurs&lt;/span&gt; :-) I am very aware I sound completly sad&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;This week my main objectives are to get a PA sorted. It was so so nice to get away from here and get some fresh air and some time out of the City for a day. It made me realise we should &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;defo&lt;/span&gt; all be doing more of that. back into the swing of things on Monday though - its been a hugly stressful time the last few weeks. Cant &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;believe&lt;/span&gt; it is Wednesday tomorrow.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After a very quite chilled weekend in I have been &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;extremely&lt;/span&gt; busy in the studio. &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;Vana&lt;/span&gt; is away in &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;Oban&lt;/span&gt; this week and Aileen and Joanna are both on a &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;Pre&lt;/span&gt; and Post Natal in &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;exercise&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;with&lt;/span&gt; the YMCA this week - so its really been me and &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;Kirsty&lt;/span&gt; most of the week. Myself and some friends all then headed out tho the Polo lounge in Merchant City - my first time there, I have to say I had a really good night. I am in this card shop - think its birthdays &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;that's&lt;/span&gt; on Crow Road. The place is jam packed full of miserable people! All standing lurking around the cards &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;embraced&lt;/span&gt; to be showing any kind of affection or love to their other half. Some of the men that were in - you could just tell it was like the biggest pain in the +ss for them. Everyone was grabbing any card, balloons, teddies and more.
