Summer the run up to it

So most people coming into us at SJ Fitness are stressing about the holidays, feeling and looking good.

Don't put it off until the last few weeks. Get on the case ASAP - losing weight and toning up is best done gradually. Yes we all want it off and fast, but we want to keep it off for good - not just the short term.

We are pretty full with our 2 week bootcamps at the moment until the end of July - but we do at times get cancellations - so do keep in touch with us to find out if any dates come up. We also have the one day bootcamps that run every 6 weeks or so - next one is 26th June and we do have spaces left. Great for giving you the motivation and kick start you need.

Pilates has been growing massively - we have put on more classes and will be looking at more times after the summer - so watch this space. We are not going to be running any set Pilates beginners courses until after the summer but you can of course do the course on a 1-1 basis for £80 at anytime you like.
