Summer the run up to it

So most people coming into us at SJ Fitness are stressing about the holidays, feeling and looking good.

Don't put it off until the last few weeks. Get on the case ASAP - losing weight and toning up is best done gradually. Yes we all want it off and fast, but we want to keep it off for good - not just the short term.

We are pretty full with our 2 week bootcamps at the moment until the end of July - but we do at times get cancellations - so do keep in touch with us to find out if any dates come up. We also have the one day bootcamps that run every 6 weeks or so - next one is 26th June and we do have spaces left. Great for giving you the motivation and kick start you need.

Pilates has been growing massively - we have put on more classes and will be looking at more times after the summer - so watch this space. We are not going to be running any set Pilates beginners courses until after the summer but you can of course do the course on a 1-1 basis for £80 at anytime you like.

weight loss after baby

Thursday tonight - really enjoyed working with Jak and then Amy tonight in their PT sessions. Think I killed Jak on Tuesday this week as she was unable to bend her arms as they where so sore :-) I am bad!

Its been great to get my teeth into training some clients again and its also great as I get to workout with them to :-)

Weight loss is still the same, but hey at least I am seeing myself change so I know it is working :-)

Friday tomorrow - so mummy and Emmé day for me - thinking baby cinema sounds good :-)

Weight loss

So not too bad. 2lb are off :-) feels good, but if I am honest wish it was more... Think we all feel like that and I am the first person to tell clients slow and steady is the key to good healthy long term weight loss.

What I have noticed more than what the scales say are the inches are coming off - I will pop up my measurements this week for you all to see.

On and upwards - cant wait to be a size 10 again x

Day 2

I am feeling really positive about losing weight. it is hard and I think its that little bit harder to get the last little bit off. 2 stone came off really easily right after I gave birth, but it has really slowed down - so I need to kick things up a level. My biggest issue is I cant over do it with the exercise has in my head I am still really fit, but in reality I am not - I am also finding that since I had a very bad delivery and had to have a blood transfusion my energy is just not up at its normal level :-( so I just have to take it easy and listen to my body - I find that really hard as I just want to go for it.

I am finding herbalife a god sent - as I am back at work - really only took a week off - so I love how easy it is and how I feel so much more energised.

Sunday

Okay so today I have eaten 1 herbalife shake. I am so lazy so just had 250mil of soya milk with 2 scoops of shake - normally you would blend in some nice fruit - but I can never be bothered faffing about.

As its Sunday I am taking the little lady out for a walk with her dad - so we will pick up some lunch while we are down Byres Road - mmm... decisions on where to go and what to eat... I actually hate having to think about food some days - it always feels like a challenge. I think its because I am on a weight loss plan and I know I can't have what I want :-(

My energy levels have been okay so far - defo finding it hard getting back into the fitness side of things. In my head my fitness level is still high, but in reality its way low - so I keep overdoing it in my classes - it is funny really as I die half way thorough and still have the full session to teach :-)

Looking forward to LBT tomorrow - the new routine rocks :-)
