Weight loss

So not too bad. 2lb are off :-) feels good, but if I am honest wish it was more... Think we all feel like that and I am the first person to tell clients slow and steady is the key to good healthy long term weight loss.

What I have noticed more than what the scales say are the inches are coming off - I will pop up my measurements this week for you all to see.

On and upwards - cant wait to be a size 10 again x
