Tips on laughing to feel good and lose weight

  • Make it a priority in your life to be happy and laugh more - Now!
  • Lighten up and learn to laugh at yourself and life.
  • Look for the positive or funny side of every situation.
  • Be playful and seek out opportunities to have fun.
  • Smile when you greet people or talk to them on the phone.
  • Smile or say hello to a stranger at least once a day.
  • Aim to make at least one person laugh each day.
  • Aim to increase the number of times you laugh each day.
  • Join a humor club to share the laughter experience.
  • There may be one in your area.
  • If you really find it difficult to laugh and feel you may be experiencing undue stress or suffering depression, please talk to your doctor or health care provider about this.
