So today I was up at silly time - was around 5.45am - I might have hit the snooze...
I had my shake before I ran out to my BNI meeting at 6.30am. I don't find it easy to eat at that time in the morning - it actually makes me feel sick, but I know the importance of getting it in me - so drank it I did. I felt great at the meeting this morning. I am chapter director, basically means I chair the meeting each week.
I got out of the meeting at 8.30 as I had a meeing with Gary, who is sorting my HR. Had yet another shake as I knew I was busy with PT sessions and Pilates till later.
It is now 6.45pm, I am sitting in starbucks in Edinburgh, as I had a bit of work here today - I had a skinny latte and I am still not hungry has yet :-) I am thinking of going for some nice food in Edinburgh later...will fill you in.
Food today
2 shakes loads of water and 1 coffee.
I went for a 40 min run with Jak this afternoon and did a Pilates class
